Thats what the OTR company I used to run for used... After awhile I got wise to that and just used it myself and then called the company for payment authorization.

I worked for a small mom & pop outfit one time... one truck for a plastics recycler.
They had a subscription to one of these "AAA" services for big trucks.
I blew a tire something like 10 miles west of Tyler, TX on 31. I called the office, they called the service. After sitting for 3 hrs, the service truck pulls up. They were out of Greenville, TX nearly 100 miles away.
There wasn't a tire service contracted to this "AAA" service 10 miles away in Tyler, TX.
From then on, they let me start googling services & calling who I wanted.Vampire, stuckinthemud and Ruthless Thank this. -

Honestly, and in most situations, you're at the mercy of whoever is closest.
And the answer to your original question is, no.
