Yes local is paid by the hour they like to keep you around 60hours a week but will run you closer to your 70 if you want it is straight pay you would need to call a recruiter to get a rate but would be around 18 an hour with experience... Most of the local is dedicated with backhauls. Medical for me as a smoker age 28 would be 26 a week for the cheapest plan 1500 deductible

I'd expect a minimum guarantee of $1200/week and home Friday night until Monday morning.

The short trip mileage rate should also be the base rate for all miles. Why accept less money for more work? We all need to stand together and say NO to these lowball offers.

Those A&S trucks you see in Jersey and New York are likely local / regional out of Carlisle, PA. Not sure what they pay from there, but I know you can get around $24/hour for local work with other companies around Allentown, PA. Plus overtime.

Why not $1250 a week why not $1500.If your old enough to get a cdl I think people should be responsible enough to make there own decisions. Why should you be the barometer of how others should make decisions.

Because if people are willing to accept lower and lower rates of pay, the pay goes down across the board. For everyone.
