And that is the way of the world. Many people think they are in control of their destiny on the road.
“I know how to drive”
“Been out here xxx years”
Most don’t understand no matter how skilled they are, their fate may lie in another’s hands
a very bad day...... i was involved in an accident

Got rear ended while stopped at a red light.
4 weeks later somebody ran into the passenger side of my car in a parking lot and took off.
Another 3 weeks later I had a few deer job out in front of me and hit one square center of my grill.
Car looked like it was in a demolition derby.
Just a simple stretch of bad luck.
needless to say when the insurance estimator from the first guy finally saw the car, he totaled it out. The rear end damage alone was enough to total the old car though.FlaSwampRat and Linte_Loco Thank this. -

Chalk it up as #### happens. Nothing you could do. Good thing its just physical damage and everyone will be ok.

What A model said. I have a habit of not worrying about anything I can't do anything about.
There is no need to stress about this, at all since the other vehicle was deemed at fault.FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
There are actually laws in place to protect people taking pictures. You are legally allowed to take pics of anybody or anything without permission if in a public place if there is no expected privacy (ie, atm, bathroom). You could hide behind a bench at a playground with a giant telephoto lens snapping pics of kids if you wanted. Parents would certainly have an issue with it and might call the police who could ask (not demand) you to stop to avoid escalating conflict, but it is legal to do.
unless money is involved. Taking pics of people for commercial reasons without their consent is a whole different issue. -
Of coarse you are allowed to take pictures and post them, they are allowed to use them against you in cases that go south.
