That one reminds me a bit of the 1st truck I drove, that was in mid-70's, it was a Red White pulling a chicken feed tallier. It only had one seat with plenty of room to my right side. Every once in a while at night time my wife would go with me, we would use the dispatchers chair for her to set in. At night there was no dispatcher, they just had the feed tickets laid out on the counter.

Well, I suppose to today's truck drivers this is an old truck, 1980 Western Star. I got it new in early September 1980, made my last load in either March or April 1981, it had over 100,000 miles on it.

This is one of my favorite old pics. Looks like a mid to late 40s KW at the Oxnard Oil Refinery, 1954. Any old timer that might have hauled crude oil back in the day might see something interesting in this pic. I drove a tanker for 4 years in the mid 70s & it caught my eye pretty quick.
