His post you quoted was from June 2013. Before the contract. The new contract was voted late august, I don't do the CPM so i have no clue if 61cpm is still active.
Maybe a senior can chime in. Bump for interest.

I think it's at 90% of that ($.56 ) for the first couple years of the contract and then makes it's way back up to the full rate of $.61 toward the back end of the 5 year contract. But I'm still a rookie and am not sure if that is accurate.

I just applied to ABF, and talk to someone at the Greenville, SC facility about coming in for a interview as I am a rookie with no prior driving exp, just my medical d.o.t card and my CDL permit, my GF's uncle has been at abf close to 30 yrs and told me they trained, so here I am.....

the only bad thing is im suppose to start training with Millis Monday 7/7/14, talk about bad timing smh....wwyd?

Just out of curiosity, has anyone applied or received a call back concerning the full time road driver position that was posted by abf 27 days ago? I applied and have heard nothing. No e-mail or anything. It's still posted as open. Just wondering.
