ABF sues YRC and Teamsters

    my opinion is that yrc is a non-union trucking company that still has union cards, and that they have shafted the last standing NMFA carrier. If i worked at ABF, I would be livid. I would also not want to pay dues.

    With the unions 0 wins, ALL losses record of the last few years, I would no longer care about having a contract, since, evidently, the international will gladly print it on paper about 4 inches wide, perforate it, and wrap it around a cardboard tube, for the owners to hang next to their toilet.


    Don't get me wrong, I support unions, and want to see them win. but when they volunteer to drag down an industry that I work in, I want to see them leave, before everyone gets ######, union AND non union.

    Been the corporations plan to break the unions for decades ...

    Moves like these only make it easy for them.

    Ha! Funny Walleye ! I read the article, YRC counter suing? Gawd! The butt head brothers will burn up all their precious capital suing each other and the lawyers will cash out. Everyone but the lawyers will lose !
