    I wish I had a brand new one, this 4 month old bucket of bolts now just turned 90,000 miles on the clock.

    Actually, no one is tracking your home time during training... And it's not getting reported to payroll. So for all intents and purposes you get paid by the week instead of by the day.

    Just crossed into Colorado, my chauffeur is driving, all night, and I'm having cookies and milk, what an awesome job I have..

    I was told that if you request hometime and get off the truck you don't get paid for it. Whether they actually follow up on it I don't know.

    For the 5 hometimes I put in while Carl was being trained, he never once got paid for his days off.

    Good to know. I was told that if it was the trainer that requested hometime and not the trainee then the trainee would still get daily pay.
