yes, the people pulling loads into our yard with yard dogs are not abilene employees typically

 

Ive been given an hp load that isn't ready yet so I don't have a trailer number. I will have to head to the plant later to get trailer and paperwork with the hopes of running 95 overnight towards Florida.

I am already a bundle of nerves thinking about the trailer not being there that I can't get to sleep.

I am also worried about how I will react if it has been moved to the yard. I fear I may say something that might be the end of me here.

Then they need to be stopped from doing that as it is causing problems. Put that guard shack to use and marshal trailers entering, particularly those being pulled by non-Abilene employees who don't have ability to update via QC.

 

Hill Phoenix there is another customer with the initals"hp"?. I thought all the references to hp were hill phoenix. Hope I didn't confuse anyone.

And notify office staff of the trailer number they are dropping?. If so then the blame falls on the office.
