Wow... Yes it will be a nice change to actually see at night with the dims but at $800 ... I can see why companies are reluctant.

Can they be used to replace lights on older versions of the Volvo or was the '17s quarter panel resigned to accept them?

Guess I had bad shocks on my truck... That was causing the wear in the inside of the inner rear tires... New shocks all around and I should be rolling... After they check the engine light that is popping up on me.

Plug and play replacement. Occasionally they pop up on eBay used but go fast

Not sure if I could sweet talk anyone here to replacing mine in a '15 Volvo but it gives one hope for the future.

Just wait until you have to back into a dock at the hp warehouse at battery dantzler. Tight space, have to climb a small dirt hill with steers and get your tandems up on wooden ramps.

I came seriously close to calling the office and telling them to send a daycab to put it in the dock.

I would have taken pics but if I had my phone in my hand I would have thrown it at the guy on the forkilft by the open bay door just sat there watching me.

Those are the morons that can't tell the difference between a daycab pulling a pup and a condo sleeper pulling a 53 footer.

Tractor trailer is a tractor trailer it must be the driver.

Ahhh, Battery Dantzler. I just lurve that place! Not! Usually just try to get them to let me put it on the yard there. Last few times I've been lucky and there's been stuff in the way so I couldn't get it in there so....

If they use them as company trucks and lock them in eco mode with no manual option like they do with the Freightliners (same engine/trans) then I wouldn't want one.

What is the lease deal they offer anyway?

QC instructions specifically stated it had to go in a dock and must not be dropped on the yard.

I guess they had a certain rebelious someone always trying to drop the trailer huh?. ;)

The only lease deal I would try is a walk away lease were you know going in that you are just renting it.

A class 8 truck is not something I would want to own if using it to run general freight.
