Volvo inverter strikes again.

I have the same microwave and it causes the inverter to emit warning beeps with everything off but 1,000 rpms sorts it out.

Thanks for the advice that day.

 

I usually get back to Richmond once a week. Rarely hang around long enough to do a 34 there.

Did that other place not work out?.

 

Not me, I did a 7 day cruise once and was seriously contemplating escaping by swimming after the 4th day.

Never again.

I would rather run my regional lanes.

The adventures continue! Got to us foods and took break there. At 530 told to go to door 6, but trailer in door six, so back it into the large open space next to it and go check in with recieving. When i get back, realize i had locked myself out the truck! After several calls to breakdown and they making numerous calls to locksmiths, finally got in truck. Mustve been a locksmithin convention becaus no one wanted to cone out!

Anyway. Delivery done. Off to richmond then to halls for more reefer madness....apparently im supposed to be in 600-610, then 500-510, then 600-610, then 500-510. I have a delivery and a supposedly preloaded pickup, mass confusion on their end, possibly partly because of the abilenee who just backed in next to me. Guy at dock isnt overly happy with me but o well. My load outta here two stops in va tonorrow morning

 

Get thee to home depot and get copies made only 2 bucks each. I got 3 made and have one hidden on the outside of my truck (not saying where!). One is on a carabiner that stays on me. And the third is a spare.

The one in the ignition never gets taken out.

Were you in the bobtail parking area yesterday?. I think I saw you...like I have any idea what you look like but there aren't many Mack drivers and there was only one there yesterday.

Well another was pulling in as I left but I know him quite well.

Im on ne regional. This is 4th week solo so still learning job, clock management, abilene way of things etc, but here are my mileages

Week 1 - 2272
Week 2 - 2493
Week 3 - 1855
Week 4 so far - 1672 once tomorrows stops are off

Ive been home 1-2 nights a week, plus a reset on weekends. Week two got home saturday so left monday am for week 3. Plus 3 pickup/drop in nyc on 2 trips. Was home friday night so obviously short week short mileage.

If you live close by to richmond this is a good gig. .10 bonus on all miles md and north. 50 bucks for nyc though none on first paycheck so havnt verified that yet
