Yes. $50 every time you go into NYC. So not worth it, IMO. Can you tell I don't like it up there?!?!

@460/580 check on it. If you went there, you should have it. Just call payroll. They'll look at it and should it require, will put it on next check. One time they only paid me $25 because they thought I was a team driver. Got it fixed in next check.

 

@RebelChick it was last week so still on current pay cycle. I did not have any trips during previous pay cycle. Im not doubting it will be there just that i could not verify from personal experience

And yes. Nyc is a unique place full of challenges. Im just thankful they offer something extra for nyc and ne. Lotta companies generally open to noobs that go dont offer extra

Well, as an {ahem} OTR driver, I average 2800 a week. Disclaimer!! Your miles may vary. It just really depends on several things that are out of your control. IMO, these are, in no particular order, some of the things that can affect your miles: home time, fleet manager, where you are (you've heard of right place, right time?!), the disposition of the person at the window when you walk up to get a load in Richmond, the weather, if pigs are flying.... You get the gist, right?

 

I was there around 4 as well, but only enough time to swap trailers and let the tires cool off (30 min DOT).

 

I have seen you there more than once so I am sure I will see you again.

Just know that pulling a "bad headache" as an excuse won't work. Rebelchick uses that one but Im not buying it anymore.
