After much thought, and no actual facts, what could have happened is PFJ came to AMX during contract negotiations and said "You know, if you make PFJ the "Official Fuel Stop" we will give you another penny discount."

So, they promote PFJ in Orientation and a few Fleet Wide messages and save an extra penny.

But since they don't want to cut off every driver from the possibility of needed fuel when a PFJ isn't around they leave Loves and a few of the others still active.

Win/Win/Win

PFJ gets extra traffic from AMX
(and it thinks it's getting most)
AMX gets an extra penny off fuel
(from fuel purchased at PFJ)
Drivers still fuel where they wish
So everyone wins...

Now it's all making sense!!!
