I had a hard time too at first but once you get tired enough you WILL sleep... Just a matter of time. Then you will start to get used to it.

And know that after you get through the training program and get assigned a solo truck, hopefully your truck won't be moving while you sleep... LOL

The PM ingredient in Tylenol PM is the same as Benadryl... And most all the sleep aid stuff use the same thing: Diphenhydramine 25mg

Sam's Club has a 600 ct bottle for like $10

I buy them for both allergies and sleep aid.
(obviously not when I need to drive)

It can be a tough back with all the container traffic. I have delivered there numerous times, just do your thing, those container have no patience, screw them. Don't let there impatience hurry you. Watch the fence across the street.
