I finally got on to the web site. Yes, the info is there. Family health insurance went up from $325 to $341. ER co-pays are up from $250 to $500 unless admitted. But Urgent Care (Doc-in-the-boxes) are down from $75 to $50.

Just FYI, if you're not making changes to your benefits/insurance you DO NOT need to call. I just got off the phone with a representative telling me so. Only call if you're making changes.

No, I'm not a trainer, but reading this pisses me off. Tell dude, to do his "f" job. I keep going back and forth on it but seeing this makes me want to start training today. I've spoken to a few good friends of mine on how I would train people. I would want them to know everything, because it's be a reflection of me. Whoever your trainer is...Shouldn't be
