    I put my app in earlier and got a call from Michael 45 mins later. Basically its up to me whether I want to have him continue with the process. what's stopping me is waiting to figure if my wife is going to move into dispatch or not at our current company.

    I've been out of touch a little. My wife had her procedure, all is good thank God. Unfortunately my Aunt passed away, but because of my wife's procedure we won't be able to fly up to NY for the funeral. I'm just thankful I got to speak to her before she passed. I paid for my mom to fly up and attend the funeral. Anyway, life does go on, and through all the turmoil this last week, everything worked out the way it should have. The one entity I need to thank is my company, they allowed me to take care of my wife and got me home. Thanks Abilene, very much appreciated.

    One of the things I love about Abilene is the sense of community and family within the drivers and office people. I feel so so lucky to be a part of this company. Looking forward to meet the newcomers as I am one myself. Going on just 90 days. Can I say it again? Whose got it better than us? NOBODY!!

    My condolences to you and your family during this extremely rough patch. You're a good man getting your mom up there for her sister's funeral. I'm glad Abilene was able to pull through for you. I know it's not gonna be easy, but enjoy your time out of the truck. You need it.
