    Passed Stage 2 test. Supposed to drive out to Brooklyn tomorrow night with Jerry for my Stage 3 training. Now I get to try and either go to bed now and get up around midnight or try and stay awake all night and go to bed at 7 or 8 in the morning. Decisions, decisions.

    I stayed up late, slept in and then took a nap before Jerry picked me up about 11pm in front of the LQ.

    It ended up being a really long day, but I was ok with that. Jerry is an awesome stage three trainer. He'll definitely remember me if you mentioned my name, lol. (Or mention, the guy who took notes last week....lol) Which helped me this past week.

    You will have a good experience with him. He's very insightful, lots of knowledge, and he'll talk your ear off. Just listen and do as instructed.

    His training is, he'll start driving up. Get to know you, ask you questions. You'll take over at the first exit in NJ. You'll drive from that point on, throughout the day / evening and then he'll take back over on the way back around the same location in NJ or Maryland.

    Odds are that will be your only run up there. Day later or two... your own truck!

    In other news, my first trainer had a heart attack last week. He and I weren't suited for each other, personality-wise, but I didn't hate him or anything. He was driving in Denver and had to pull over and call 911. He's apparently doing okay, which is good. If any of you folks know Mike Mitchell, might wanna keep him in your thoughts.

    @dennisroc

    This is the main active thread of Abilene Drivers... I think I already answered many of your basic questions in the other thread but if you want even more feedback from other current drivers and trainers... here they are... ask away.

    Stay Safe,
    MD
