Always nice to beat the House at their own game! Awesome weather today too!! I too scaled at the Pilot at the 211. 100lb difference on the trailer. But a VAST improvement over my last experience there! I actually like these LL runs. Realistic del times, good miles, all the consignees so far have been very cool and take you early.

 

Yep. The only drawback is they are always heavy. Just like Gatorade. But, I have yet to deliver to one that wouldn't take you early if they could and they have all been very nice.

 

At least they fixed their errant scales. Yes they are heavy as heck but its usually low to the floor and rides well. I just drug 44k across 64 to Indiana and it wasn't too bad. Except Sandstone... But thats expected. You need a new truck. You are always in the shop!!

 

That might happen, but I actually like this one!!! I have to monitor the pinion seal. That's what I've had to have replaced twice and I was told that it's loose since I've got almost 400k on it. Apparently it's a major repair to do whatever he said might need to be done so he has to have authorization.

 

Done that a couple times. My best was from DOT foods b/c I ran all through the woods and beat it by like 50.

 

The guys in High Point loading to go to Hampton are great too. I've only had one issue with the Delmar store not knowing I was coming and they were the first drop. CT store told me they weren't expecting me until the next day in the snow storm I was in but I called them giving the three updates b/c it was pushing me way behind. LL store in Atlantic City is great too.

 

I agree. The LL runs are great. No complaints here and would love all deliveries to go as smoothe. Delivered LL in Evansville IN today. The manager says come as early as I want next time and he would get me empty even quicker. Also for future ref...plenty of room to overnight here at the location.

 

Found out yesterday from my local Publix that their getting the new coolers you guys deliver. Wont be until the 22-23rd of April but the stores getting remodeled. Can anyone find out which carrier will be delivering them???
