Buy a truck in cash first, then a house in cash second, then only have to work 2-3 weeks a month

    KD5AXG Thanks this.

Totally agree with this statement. Seems like most new drivers get awesome miles for a few months and then get a reality check. But, hey, let her have her fun before that happens.

I'd love to be able to brag about how wonderful it is here but I'm Bound by my honesty. After coming to the yard with 39 hours on my 70, I sat for another 34 AGAIN! Then I get handed a crappy broker load that was supposed to load last night at 10 p.m. to be delivered in West Virginia 8 a.m. this morning.

When I get there last night the guard shows me the screen and it's not due to be pulled until 10/2. So back to the yard I go.

To make it all so much more fun I have to find an empty here for that load. I literally walk through the rain and open every trailer. The only empty I find that isn't red taggeg, is this one. So i do the right thing and back it to a dumpster to clean it. Less the units, I now feel like I've unloaded 2 hill phoenix trailers.

I showed these to Don and Bill yesterday. At least I got a thanks for the work. But I already know I'll get nothing more. :(

The last one obviously after I got done.

I've put in for every compensation I'm due and to date, hsve received none of it. This, aside from poor miles, amounts to hundreds. Going to have a chat with my DM this morning. If it doesn't go well, I'll be forced to reevaluate my position.

Someone needs to be called into the TM's office for leaving that mess in that trailer.

    KD5AXG and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this.

That's why I brought it to their attention. They know who it is. ;)

I could never leave a mess like that for another driver to deal with. Nobody cares anymore. :(
