Sounds like you will be rolling out in the morning. Grab a shower and relax a bit.

After lunch and a shower I sent in a "not under load heading to the shop to get work done"... Two minutes later my QC blew up with 10 messages... LOL ... heading to NC for a five drop BH over Monday and Tuesday.

Oh and I really need to give Shane a shout out for taking care of my truck today.

They were swamped... felt bad tossing another one on them... told him I could wait since I was under load and needed to roll in a couple hours...

He knew what it was doing and said "with no blower you have no defrost and can't legally roll"... pull it to door 4 and I will get you out of here.

They were swamped and I was giving him an out and he would not have it... got me legal and out the door.

    That man has my respect.

Of course I would never expect it under other circumstances... not under load and still legal...

How does one identify 1700 tape vs regular electrical tape? Not that I ever do electrical work... just curious about it so I can get some just in case.

    Thanks.

Trailer I had last had the air pressure light come on, but it went off after air filled the system completely.

I've had my low coolant light turn on yesterday. Opened up the hood and level was on full. Restarted and it cleared.

Just keep trying. Many sometimes will email you and have different requirements. Abilene don't hire out of California or don't drive there anyway. I was turned down by Freymiller last year but tried again this year and they accepted me (until the home time issue of course). I was offered a local job hauling tires but found out 80% of the job would be lifting and loading tires too. We're talking a full sized trailer. So passed on that. I was in the same position. I just haven't started yet because of some small health issues. I have TMJ and some difficulty swallowing food sometimes. Dunno if it's stress or acid reflux.

Sitting at my delivery. Probably get ran off in the morning but oh well. Customer has 3 buildings in a row all with docks. No signs saying shipping/receiving. So I'm parked in the first one. Deliver at 8am. I'll get a long break tonight. I should have been paying more attention. The way I came in was one way. I have no clue how to get out of here and back on the truck route. I'll be asking for directions for sure.
@MidWest_MacDaddy did you get that fixed?

@ChrisL Forgot to tell you, that place doesn't seal the trailer. I usually put my lock on it.

    ChrisL Thanks this.
