    The truck will idle below 35... shouldn't be an issue ... what are you running in the cab that is such a pull on the batteries?

    unless I am missing something... again.

    And "tending to my truck" is a personal hobby... what kind of "tending" are you needing to do that requires you to be "on duty"??? Starting your truck to charge the batteries?

    Me confused... {not new for me}

    How do you do that? I mean I get the concept but our loads will rarely if ever accommodate a run pattern like that.

    And KD5 was referring to a comment I made a while back about leaving time on the clock when the load requires us to be running. Not milking every minute of the 70... but if delayed for what ever reason, we are still expected to run a full day's clock if the load requires it.

    So why are you needing to idle at 48 degrees? I mean I idle my truck almost 24/7 in the heat of summer... (and maybe the warm of spring/fall... LOL) ... but are you hot at 48 and needing the AC? Cause if you are cool/cold at 48 the trucks are equipped with bunk heaters for those times.

    Timer? I don't remember a timer on the bunk heaters.

    They didn't send you the address which includes the "A", "B", "C" Suite number?

    I'm thinking they might have moved closer to the front... I started with an older address further back but ended up in the front half of that cluster of "suites"... :-(

    Why are you in violation?
    Thought you stopped with a minute to spare?

    Well, duh. Just saying in a perfect scenario that a 9 hour a day average will let you run indefinitely. Not saying that it can always be done. Heck, my first days off home time, I ran 11, 10, 11. This time. Most of the time not so much since somehow I usually end up with crap loads out of home.

    Sometimes that minute may not really be there.

    Al 3 stops off the truck, got reload info, noa just waiting for the secretary to say i can work again

    Some days i feel like im playing red light green light....lol

    Only hiccup was the middle stop had no clue i was coming. Another abilene was there and they were expecting 1 not 2 trucks.

    Some days im amazed the freight moving system works as good as it does.
