Gotta be more miles going 95S to 40W then following the routing.....I took the exit for Rt 64 (135?) and on the south end Rt 501 back to I95

Saved some miles doing that and doable in a truck on North end but would stay on Rt 74 on south end of detour

    5speed and JohnBoy Thank this.

The time being saved is that you were stopping for the night so the next several minutes are not going to be used for driving anyway... fuel and take 10 vs having to fuel during the day...

I tend to fuel during the day and connect it to my 30... get a bit longer break out of the drivers seat .... and kill two birds with one stone too.

But I have thought about shifting to end of day fueling too. All the same time... just how it fits into your running habits I guess.

Then don't worry about construction or traffic woes. Grab the trailer and hammer down. Only stop when required to and only for as long as required to by law.

No way they can ding you for running as hard as you can.

Right... if one wants a shower then Rest Areas aren't the answer for that stop. But still most of the time, much nicer in terms of cleanliness, quietness, and if you like the feel of nature, a lot more green and fresh air feel vs a Truck Stop.

    Pros and cons

And parking at a TS is much easier during the day as well.
