What I normally do is head back to the yard after dropping an empty and ask at the window for another load. I don't know if that's what we are expected to do, it's just what works for me and I haven't been told otherwise.

I *think* that when you are in the vicinty of the yard the DMs don't push any loads your way. I get the feeling they concentrate more on moving drivers that are still out in the wild. Those at base can fend for themselves.

Again, just my take. I haven't been told that is the case.

Yep drop trailer and hall ### to the window! I was at the yard long enough today to fuel and grab a new load. Now I am at a Flying J in SC for the night.

I had one of those Honda loads yesterday with 5 drops. Didn't make my last one till this morning.
