Not going to hold my breath for any of that. What I, in all my glorious negativity, expect to hear is:

    1) No pay increase due to high cost of government rules and mandates.
    2) Asking us to reduce our use of the QC and company phone lines due to high cost of government rules and mandates.
3)The # of planners will be decreased.
    4) All drivers will be regional now from a terminal furthest away from the drivers home, so to cut down on home time requests. When you put in for home time, you will be sent to your home terminal instead.

    Or........

Werner bought us out in entirety.

(This post was written in satire, with a hint of expectation. They will probably say no more new trucks for a few years until driver morale improves.)

    Finfn1372 Thanks this.

I had WD-40, but I think I lost it in one of my many truck moves. And, I need to slide the tandems back. I'm on hole 2, because it wouldn't go to hole one, even against a tall curb. Even set my stupid camera off trying to slide these #### things.

This thread is going downhill. Turning into the BS rumor and complaint zone.

    Finfn1372 and KD5AXG Thank this.

Probably a stupid question but, are you sure all pins are retracted fully?

It ebbs and flows. The rumors are far more entertaining than the actual meeting will be, I'll bet.

Nobody offended but, y'all know what happens when rumors get started. ;)

Anyway, gonna try and nap. Sitting all day in the yard only to be run at night ... again. Im rather convinced this company thinks we start and stop with the truck's iginition switch.

From time to time I need to use a hammer to beat the pins into submission. Sometimes it's one pin that is truly stuck and the rest are free but won't retract. Free that pin and the rest fall back as well.
