That sounded awesome via speaker phone sir. Well delivered... and I think you won over the hearts and souls of every driver too... awesome start sir.

Oh, the drivers want an additional 5 CPM for driving at night... and a paid siesta from 12-2 every day... and the ability to reserve the "company pool" for family events/reunions.

But other than that, they are firmly behind you all the way sir.

Welcome to Abilene and the thread here on TTR... you will have many questions in the very near future and your trainer will be answering many of those but feel free post here too. Or especially after you complete the training program and are running solo.... then the questions will certainly pop up too.

I have found the folks on this thread to be very open to questions and extremely willing to help and support you driver to driver. It's an awesome asset to information in general too.

Hey there @MidWest_MacDaddy , what kinda progress Ya make yesterday and how many miles is this trip? Came outta Richmond didn't Ya?

 

Hit about 630 yesterday... hills and rain slowed me a bit but hoping to tag a 700 mile day today now that I'm back in the Midwest.

Was like 2,400 mile run... due Tuesday.

Yes, for the first time in several months I wasn't stuck in Richmond for 2-3 days... LOL ... that place is sticky... but even with a flat tire I was not there long enough to complain.

 

How about a shift differential for those of us on nightshift?
