Ya, I don't have enough clock to run to Markham... Ohio maybe but then I still need to get back to Wytheville...

I'm betting there is someplace in Indy that I can drop this load and still be able to grab that load going back to Wytheville yet tonight.

If not, my mom lives across the IL/IN border... I will miss out on voting but I can easily go sit there for a few days and come back here on the 7th/8th.

 

Every piece of personal timekeeping pieces I own automatically adjusts themselves for DST. I ain't gotta adjust nothing.

 

Is anybody in the office on Sundays? I need a bill of lading faxed to me. Don was supposed to get a copy for me, but I didn't roll into a truck stop last night until after hours. Now I need that BOL, and nobody's answering the phone at HQ.

 

I think everything in the truck adjusted fine... except the truck... so 1 out of X ain't bad.

 

I spoke to one lady and I know she talked to Don... so give it a few minutes and try again.

We hit it occasionally. He was having problems every home time which is unacceptable. He was right to leave.

 

Bill of Lading has finally been obtained. I am no longer riding dirty.

 

Welp, back from my HT. 14 days sounds like a lot but it seemed to go by quickly. Even so, the past few days I was getting itchy to be back in the truck.

Laundry clean and food stocked I'm ready for the next long grind.

Told Don I haven't been West since my first week here. Asked if he had anything headed that way. He said probably not but he'd look. I said if so great, if not, no big deal. Told him I'd grab some sleep tonight and roll in the morning. He said cool, I'll send you something.

2 weeks here and pretty much nothing done to the truck. But hey, they washed it at least... lol
