Well stop doing that... Fixed...![]()
If you are choosing to offload them, and against company policy, then clean up everything too, don't be blaming the company.... LOL
I did that once and was told not to do that in the future.... so I don't... now there might be a load here or there like mentioned above with it being two weeks early... but even then someone else was envolved in approving the driver to touch that frieght.
Just sayin' ...![]()

Not a price that I would be willing to pay.
But it's your back and not mine... your call.
-
Well, to your defense, 100+ nails is not normal either... I "commented" about 40... LOL
I got an "atta boy and thanks" from my FM.

We Voted!!! (No, that's not my tie)
-
Yup... I assume they do...
still on our shoulders....
if it's important, remind them.
Sad, but that's what we need to do. -
I seldom have to remind them.MidWest_MacDaddy Thanks this.

I have been to an HP delivery where one of our drivers flat out stated they weren't issued any tools to pull nails so they never did it. Another has claimed that it is in the contract of sale that customer is supposed to remove all nails and other securement items.
I don't think the problem is going away any time soon.MidWest_MacDaddy Thanks this. -
Woooooooooooooo!
mitrucker and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this. -
That's a joke by the way. But voting is done. Lost alot of time today on some BH deliverys. Short day...less than 250 miles.
-
You're correct, it'll never go away. I could side with both of those drivers, but I just go ahead and do it to get the next pickup with as less a headache as possible.
