So I just picked up a load of refrigerated furniture or something here at the Cost Plus Warehouse in Windsor.

Is this the stuff I keep hearing about that I might have to actually unload myself?

 

Let me guess, Hendersonville and Murfreesboro TN for tomorrow? No, you don't have to unload. Only Bed, Bath and Beyond is driver unload. Is the reefer on or just on a reefer trl? If the reefer is running, it's food products & furniture. The food is on pallets. The furniture is floor loaded. Nice folks at both places. First stop, the guy comes in at 2 pm and will unload you early. Corey is the guy in Murfreesboro and he's a good dude, too.

 

Nah, not Tennessee. Three stops in Florida, starting with Fort Myers. Reefer's on, set to 65F.

 

I've done that Florida 3 stopper. Pretty straight forward, Google maps satellite view comes in handy for figuring out the best route to the dock as you don't want to wind up navigating the tight parking lots in front.

Just pray you don't get a broker back haul of fruit out of Hialeah .

So much for a 4am drop... 30 more minutes and I get paid to sit and wait and people watch.

 

I like how we get notes on QC that if we are even 15 minutes late we have to notify someone ... while here I sit for going on 4 hours, but that's ok since someone thinks I'm 4 hours into my 10 ... LOL
