    Should also have a signed document from the child's legal guardian or parent if other than you stating you have their permission to have the child traveling to another country with you, have that for when the GRAND KIDS going trucking with me , asked twice if I had permission showed the letter all was ok .

    Shut down in Cheyenne at the 367mm. Actually, the Peelot is full I'm on the shoulder of the off ramp with a few of my closest friends. 80 is closed all the way to Rock Springs. Spring time in Wyoming, gotta love it!

    Got here yesterday at 4pm local time and still here. I was hearing about the road closed west of the 80/25 junction since I left North Platte. I knew this was going to be the end of our day here. It's refreshing having up to the minute condition reports right from the states website, I give Wyoming credit, they do it right. It's a lot better than listening to truck drivers on the CB giving out weather and road reports while parked at the truck stop. There's 2 other Abilene trucks here also. I sent a message into dispatch as soon as I shut down to let them know our status. Got a reply back from Bo telling all of us to stay put and call into dispatch in the morning with an update.

    I have it on my phone. You're right, it's the best site there is. It's what I've been following, truck drivers are ok at driving, but I don't have much faith in their weather forecasting or road reports, especially while stuck in a truckstop for hours on end. For the serious stuff I go to the website, for laughs and giggles I go to the CB.

    Strange weather everywhere for supposedly being spring , 2 wicked thunderstorms here last night , right now 55'F going to 80'F this afternoon dropping to 10'F by tomorrow along with 60 MPH wind with a mix of wet snow , ice pellets and some freezing rain
