    To be fair, the eco-roll works great on rolling hills where the increase in speed is welcome to help get you up the next incline. The problem arises when you don't want the increase in speed and are unable to to switch the feature off.

    Just finished unloading a Hill load here in Chagrin Falls, OH. Waiting on next load info.

    Was a bit shocked to learn we get no bonus of any kind for running thru Christmas. Most companies I'm aware of offer at least something. My last one gave us 300 for Thanksgiving and 500 for Christmas.

    So, being as I'll greatly miss my family being out here, I hope they'll make it worth it by giving me some serious LONG run(s) thru the weekend. Last thing I want is to be sitting still somewhere alone on Christmas day. God willing ..... :)

    My first Christmas here they called me and asked if I wanted to run on Christmas. They told me they would pay me an extra $500. I said no. Maybe everyone told them no so they stopped offering it.
