Yep I had to do just that out of necessity. I would have been late otherwise, BB.

Johnboy good report card. Abilene may not be perfect (who is?), but at the end of the day, it just might be as good as it gets. The people, the equipment, the freight, the miles. Whose got it better than us? NOBODY!!

Had my Pella live unloaded at 730am in Forest Park GA, then went searching frantically for food since all mine spoiled in the fridge. Just might dump all the containers not to smell the spoilage. Anyway, the Pilot at exit 51 on I 285 was the closest one. Almost forgot, I had gotten back on 285 then got trapped and forced on to I 85 at 745 and it was a seven lane PARKING LOT.Glad the cops didn't catch me. Able to get on I 20 east and get out of that mess just before getting to downtown. Then got back onto 285 headed east/North. No parking available so pulled into the fuel line and was going to top off and wash my windshield. I now a carry a small step ladder to aid me with my lack of reach to wash the windshield. The pumped shutoff at 22 gallons.WTF? Did Abilene shutoff my card on purpose figuring I was trying to stack my showers?? Went insider, and grabbed some breakfast to go. Headed north on 285, when I finally get a load what seemed like 2 hours later at Anthony International in Madison GA. A load of 12,000 pounds of glass. On the way there, I stopped at a rest area 15 miles away and swept out the trailer. Couldn't give that customer a dirty trailer. Drove all the way to the Loves at Skippers VA. Load delivering
At noon tomorrow in Chester. Wish I had enough time to bring it to the yard, but got off with 32 minutes to spare.Truck needs to go back in the shop for the ABS LIGHT AGAIN and also my fridge and the driver side of the sleeper has no power either. Maybe a fuse? Hope the inverter didn't cause it as I got a 750 watt one. Well enough already. Time for bed. Woke up at 0430. Enough.

Deuce we all know you swung by the house to show off your truck to Jungho!!! Good call on going east to 95. You wouldnt have made it nearly as far had you gone up to 85. Study your map before you program that gps. I know you must have to make that judgement call. I have faith in you young Skywalker. Now hold still while I cut your hand off! LOL

Congrats to you also my friend. I need a favor, when you get to the yard on Wednesday could you walk over to the shop and ask John if any refrigerators cam in for a Cascadia? He told me the other day they were expecting them Monday. Thanks. Just send me a text to let me know.

I'm parked at Hall's in NJ for my 10+ then I'm headed to Boar 's Head in Brooklyn. I've never been there. I read the directions on the other thread and it doesn't seem too bad. My only questions are; is the bullpen marked with signs or something? And, How long will they let you park there? I don't load until noon tomorrow and wanted to get there very early in the morning.

Get there as early as possible. The bullpen holds about 8-10 trucks and if it's nearly full can be a bear to get into. Especially the first two slots closest to the street. If the bullpen is full, you will have to park on the street somewhere, which is another reason to get there early. If you don't, the parking will be limited or non-existent. Especially if you get there after the local businesses start opening.
