The Taco truck has been there for years. Everything made is fresh and delicious. Is your load going to Aldi DC in Springfield Ohio?

 

Nope. The Aldi DC in S Windsor CT. But, just my luck, my hours are crappy and I can't make the delivery. We'll see what the powers that be come up with. I'm supposed to call them tomorrow to update them in my location.

 

Yep, training wheels definitely off. I made my delivery this morning on time with 3:26 left on my 70, and only 7:55 coming back tonight at midnight. I figured that would earn me a 34-hour reset somewhere close by.

But nope! Got a load assignment while I was on my way to the nearest truck stop. Had to go to Lawrence, KS and pick up a load due in Charlotte, NC Friday morning at 10am. Went to the shipper, got loaded, and drove out my clock heading back east. Rolled into the Pilot in Boonville, MO with 5 minutes left on my 70.

Will be hitting the road tomorrow at 7:00am Eastern, and then hitting the road again around 2:00am(!) Eastern the next night in order to make my delivery on time.

 

I am not with Abilene but I know you do go to Walmart in Wintersville OH. Do they have overnight parking around there. I have a early morning apt and will be there tomorrow evening.

They'll let you sleep on their yard. Just park over by the office.

 

@ExtremeUnction , do you know if that glass place in Chicago will unload early?. I have an appt there tomorrow night and would rather get in and out while there is still a chance to find parking.

 

Never knew that, I have always been lucky to get there with enough hours to leave.

 

Are you doing a drop/hook?. If so I have dropped there a day early with no issues.
