hi again all. Does this company team train? or is it set up a bit differently. Due to start Werner end of this month but everyone is saying stay away from them.

 

@Rocknroller4,not sure about training,we have a few here that will answer you.Been with the company a year,only been one stretch during the holiday season for a few weeks it slowed down for me.

Been one of the best decisions I've made.Great equipment,don't micromanage,get me home when I request.

I remember asking a lot of questions last year. Still amazed this company has an 873 page thread lol.

 

This company has a good atmosphere,every now again you'll run across a couple drivers that are you know,but that's with every company.

I've been driving for close to 9 yrs,with over half being local.This is far from being a bottom of the barrel starter company.

 

Well I re-applied. We'll see what happens. Hopefully I am not black listed because after drug testing last year I had to turn the offer down.
