Yeah, but you gotta admit that for the most part 40 through Arizona is smooth like glass compared to Oklahoma and Arkansas. I still haven't forgotten trying to sleep in the top bunk during training while my trainer was bouncing along 40 north of Little Rock.

Do you guys have lease operators? Saw a black T680 with Abilene on the door today and I thought all your trucks were green?
-
Yeah, we've got some LP types floating around. I am not fully versed in that side of the farm, but I have noticed that we don't seem to have guys driving old square-nosed Petes or anything. All of our LP guys seem to be driving trucks Abilene set 'em up in. Couple of 'em drive Western Stars, for example.

I finally saw that company green Western Star on the road. Don't know if it's a regular company truck or not though. -
This has been one of my best week's with the company since I've started. Not just mileage, but the customer base, and the variety of area's.Will be taking a reset here in Jackson,Ms have a preplan dropping at the West Memphis yard, hope I can score a Reno run.

Glad to hear it, I'm still singing the recap blues. Got a run to wytheville gatorade tomorrow but doubt I will have the hours to get there. Probably have to shut down somewhere along 81.
If you have never done the Reno run before it's a good drive, lots to see once you get off 40.Finfn1372 Thanks this. -
Yeah that's my farorite run, sadly my reset won't be up till tomorrow, and don't think they deliver on weekend's,will probally end up with Brooklyn lol.
I would say something, about the recap if you haven't can't make money sitting around.

I have hometime scheduled for next week so that will break a solid month of recap running.
I don't know yet how much it has affected my pay as I don't keep a running total of my miles. Will have to wait until Friday to see if there is a noticeable difference. To be honest though, it's more the sitting around doing nothing due to lack of hours that bothers me the most.Finfn1372 Thanks this. -
Before I went home last week ran recap for 5 days 1400 miles, doesn't seem to work out to good for me,because most of my trips are 1 day.
