One of my friends was there. He said he had 22 trucks in front of him and it only took about 12 hours to get out of there.
-
That's quicker than some cold storage warehouses.

Lord have mercy! Just got the email about our health care enrollment. All I can say is, WOW.

Yep very expensive. Im glad I am retired Navy. I would cry paying that much.Friend Thanks this.

Thought it said the company would absorb the premium increase?. It wasn't clear if we had to re-enroll though

Not sure, but I'd call just to be on the safe side.Redtwin Thanks this.

They are but $341 per pay period is still a lot to me.

Amen! And to have to pay out of pocket $3,000 before the insurance ever picks up a dime. Total BS!
I was told by HR that the big cost increase for UHC was due to people going to the ER when a doctor visit or urgent care would have been more appropriate. No clue if that's a true statement or not, nor do I really care. What I care about is that now I can't afford to have it, much less use it. Now I have to cancel my procedure for 10/4, which was covered at 100% under our old plan, because it's a $3,500 procedure. Can't afford that right now. Heck, I haven't even been making half of what I had been on FMLA.Last edited: Sep 7, 2017
