I thought that a Canada trip would be an adventure for us, it was! Totally agree that is not enough pay to deal customs.

I did get the EFS card control app and set up a pin on the phone. From there I was able to get my bank account added inside the app, and transferred my $100 over. Thank goodness, I will be able to eat tomorrow!

 

You get $50 to cross the border?. I only get $25.

 

Are they using a different payroll system? Was trying to get into the system and it says username invalid.

 

I am not saying this is right in any way, shape or form, BUT, that's what happens when drivers are asked or told to do uncompensated work.

 

What it does is lock me completely out, not tell me I have to change my password. Then I have to call Rachael several times to actually get her on the phone (because, hey, why would anyone respond to a voice mail) and then a couple more times to get the email sent to me so I can then go on the website and reset my password. Royal PITA.

Then use your Dominion password and username to get in there. I have found that this works much better
