Sorry to hear that. I have had that happen twice. Someone, somewhere is dropping the ball and it's us drivers having to chase the ball and pick it up. If it's a broker issue maybe they need to change brokers.

We sat there for 13 hours, in a parking lot, (running team now btw). The issue did not get resolved. Then we were sent to a dropyard with the load. Next home time, passports will be forgotten at home. LoL

You would think that drivers/teams that have a passport and are willing to go to Canada, would be compensated more than a $50 border crossing perk. I quit volunteering to go. The aggravation with customs is enough for me to leave my passport home.

I thought that a Canada trip would be an adventure for us, it was! Totally agree that is not enough pay to deal customs.

I did get the EFS card control app and set up a pin on the phone. From there I was able to get my bank account added inside the app, and transferred my $100 over. Thank goodness, I will be able to eat tomorrow!:)

My bad. $25 it is. $50 for the big city. A foreign country isn't that important.

Are they using a different payroll system? Was trying to get into the system and it says username invalid.

No, same as usual. But what it does is every 6 months it tells you to change your password.

I am not saying this is right in any way, shape or form, BUT, that's what happens when drivers are asked or told to do uncompensated work.

What it does is lock me completely out, not tell me I have to change my password. Then I have to call Rachael several times to actually get her on the phone (because, hey, why would anyone respond to a voice mail) and then a couple more times to get the email sent to me so I can then go on the website and reset my password. Royal PITA.
