    Thanks my friend. I wrote her truck number down so I can make sure it's either fixed or put out to pasture. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my first few loads aren't Boars Head. I had my share of them prior to Calex.

    Just seeing what was so bad about Boars Head location; google street view made me laugh!! Right when you get on Flushing Ave from 278, street view shows an Abilene truck. (sorry im bored tonight lol)

    I won't lie. I did those Calex Boars Head runs a few times, and there's no two ways about it...they suck. At least the way we did them did. If the unload/reload was done all at the same time, it wouldn't be too bad, but backing in and unloading, then having to go out and find parking again and wait half the day for your reload was a royal PITA. Especially on the Brooklyn end. Down in Jarrat/Petersburg it wasn't so bad.

    Got here at the motel about 7:30 this evening. 885 miles in 13 hours. Not bad. I'm not one of these drivers that will give you a Trip Adviser review of the motel and diner. I'm here for orientation, not a vacation report. I am beat so I am going to sleep. I'll write about my day tomorrow after it's over tomorrow night. Good night all and God Bless.
