Good God almighty. If I was in your shoes, they’d have given me the electric chair right there on the side of the road. After all these years, I have zero chance of something good coming out of being pulled over for speeding. To put it another way, I’d go in for a colonoscopy and come out with an amputated foot.

I wish. Maybe they'll cut me a discount for my word-of-mouth advertising. Kinda doubt it, though.

Cool. Usually they aren't so nice in Isle of Wight County. Windsor is a known for being a speed trap town. Also for being one of those good old boys places too. They've had a lot of corruption cases lately and have been cleaning house. Imagine that.

Does seem like yesterday, doesn't it. I know I thought about leaving 2x, and did leave for that short, not even a month period, but after all they have done for me in the past year, I don't think there's another company that can come close to this one, even if I can only be a local driver.

Got my annual anniversary raise this pay period. The nice thing it came out 2 weeks early for this whole pay. Nice.

A penny here, a penny there, pretty soon you're making real money.

Speaking of which, some driver for Tyson's Chicken just REALLY gave me the hard sell here at the pumps at the PFJ down the street from Sabra. Came up to me as I was getting in the truck and tried to hand me a pamphlet. Was like being hit up by the JWs. $1800/week, he assures me.

I'm pretty sure the grass is just as green on my side of the fence as it is on his. And what I ain't making in money, I'm making in intangible benefits. Told him thanks, but I was very happy with Abilene and not looking to jump ship.

I've noticed that miles on trips have been different (ex. from the yard to damche in Chesapeake was 95 and now it's 83 paid miles). Kinda sucks because it shorts me like 40-50 paid miles per day since that's all I will be running right now, but it is what it is. I called and spoke with AKJ about it. Seems we were on version 26 and updated to version 31 of pcmiler. Some instances we come out better, some worse, just like normal. Don't know if anyone else noticed this or not. Just an FYI for y'all.

I don't understand. The computer version program has changed,.. Ok... But to driving distance it doesn't change or the time it takes you to get there.

The new, updated software may have found a shorter route that the old software couldn't find.
