Kind of sounds like we are all saying the same thing. Although I'm not too sure about driving a pink truck! LOL

Celedon told us the same thing when they bought out Furniture Row Express. No changes, same deal,...lasted 6 months and it was all changed. BTW, Knight uses Concentra for their physicals, get ready for your sleep apnea test whether you need one or not.
Lonesome Thanks this. -

Before anyone starts reading this post, it is a rant. So if you ain't up for it, stop right here and move along.
Our "shop" in Richmond.
How many times does one have to put in to have 2 things fixed? I have had a coolant leak for 5 months. I have put it in the "shop" 6 times now for this. The last time was Sunday. I was down 2 days for coolant leak, check engine fault (EGR system clogged, thank you Volvo for telling me what the code means), check the engine brake because when on high (43k and sandstone was not fun), a lean towards the driver side that made me feel as if I was going to tip over when going around curves, and an alignment (which we have no one to do so an appointment was supposed to have been made to get it done somewhere). I was told this is what they did-fixed the coolant leak, replaced some bushings for the lean, and did a software update (aka cleared the codes). So basically in 2 days they did nothing. I am so pizzed right now that if I could get my hands on our "VP of maintenance", well, it would not be a good outcome for him. And I say him because I spoke directly with him about all of this and it was he who said all was done but the alignment.
It took me having to turn in the truck to get the new drive tires I had been saying it needed for 6 months. But none of the other stuff got fixed. Now I'm going to be down AGAIN. I refuse to take a loaner truck. Just fracking fix mine for cripes sake.
AND to add insult to injury, I had to stay at givens last night because they were mad that I was sent down here right at closing to get loaded (guess it's a regular thing our company does) and they loaded me over axle with no way of fixing for the driver who will actually be taking this load to MI and boogied out the door. So I was told to stay and get fixed this morning. 25 miles from home and a weigh station in between.
Ok, rant over. Y'all be safe and have a blessed day! -
