Nah, haven't gotten that one, but like Silverdriver, I got the updated procedures when I got my new insurance cards and permit book.

9.5 times out of 10 you'll get home on time. It's trucking. Stuff happens. It's up to you to make sure they are heading you in the correct direction to get home on time.

I was with Abilene for four and a half years. I was late getting home maybe a half a dozen .times.

In the almost 6 years here, I’ve never had my hometime messed with. But when I have it in the system I am very proactive. Like RC said, a handful of times I had to threaten bodily harm if I wasn’t home. Don’t believe the rumors though, I’m not immune to screwups, they happen. That’s why it’s important to be proactive.

It usually happened because I took a load that would make me late getting back. Sometimes I wanted the miles and I didn't have anything urgent at home.

I've been here two years and have been late for hometime a few times. When it happens, they just tack on an extra day off on the other end and I'm happy.

Same here. Unless I have pressing business, I'm good with being a day late. There were a couple of times that I was back a day early. Rare, but has happened-not recently though. Now I have to get a little testy because all my time off have Dr appointments attached to them.

What do you guys think of the new incentive? Anyone find out if it will replace the existing bonus structure, or be in addition to that? I plan to call tomorrow and find out.

It’s not replacing anything. It’s in addition to. Whatever miles you run from 1/1-11/30 is what you get as a yearly bonus. Period. So far this year I’ve run 110,895 miles. Both you and your girlfriend will each get a penny for all miles run.

Can I swap my penny for load preplans?
