Maybe it is only a team thing, but I thought it was for everyone. If we run 20k miles or more in a month, we get .01 per mile each for all miles.

It is 10k for solos. You should have an email from Feb 13 detailing this from Anita.

 

Can anyone tell me how long is the training program and if it’s good

Yeah that sounds familiar now, I thought it was just added into your rate, not a separate "bonus" payout. There is another one the end of November, .01 per mile for all miles driven this year. I imagine that one will be a lump sum payout tacked onto our regular settlement. I'm at 92k miles now so it should be a decent chunk by November.
