Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

My last pay settlement said 6144 miles, but that was in 12 days because I took 2 days off.

 

Yup need more money after that Scottsdale one lol,my next one on the paperwork says wait for the guys to help you backup what has abilene gotten me into.

 

Thinking of coming back otr. This nyc run ever other day is draining. And so ready to turn in this lease truck. The headache of owner operators is true. Cost me shy of 200 dollars in tolls every time I go to nyc and have to go back down the jersey turnpike and Delaware bridge

 

Also how have things changed with knight buying Abilene? Are the same people still in place at the terminal etc?

$26 an hour, 208 per day, roughly 52,000 per year, paid for all of your time home everyday vs OTR expense, showering in a public shower trying to find a place to park for the night.

 

Did any solo drivers get this?. I can't find the email from HR laying out the bonus plan (or was it on the QC?). This last settlement didnt look any different, certainly wasn't anything extra as far as a bonus on there.
