    Well since we are in the subject of "DM" maybe you can all help me understand something. We have load planners at Abilene; and when we send our "Empty message" Who gives us our next load assignment? is it direct from the load planers or the DM gets all the loads available and he decides who gets what?

    I'm so tired of switching trucks. Anyone else? That's all they know....we cant fix that, just drive this. This is my 5th truck swap in 3 monthe.

    I’ve always said, your DM/FM sole purpose is to either babysit you or is your personal secretary, that’s it. The load planner is the true dispatcher. They send you and your DM/FM your load assignment.

    If I only had that option. I'm out of the wytheville yard. It's a cardinal sin to send a truck from here to Richmond for something. We have to use Loves and this pos, Complete garage right up the street.
