Volvo got the new windshield for my truck today!
They went to install it on the truck AND they "Broke it". Uuuuups!

With the way my luck has been running lately... that wouldn’t surprise me one bit... lol

 

Nope... I hear he’s done for the Winter after this one... and I really can’t wait until Spring for him.

 

Taking a reset here in In,than have to deadhead tonight down to Havertys in Ga,for a load going to Colonial Heights for Monday morning.

 

That’s one heck of a deadhead. Did that once for a havertys load. You’d think someone would be a little closer, huh?

Got to the yard and got in my car going home for my 10hr break. Went to pull out and I'm reaching up to the dash for my air brakes lmao

 

Delivered a load from Farbest Foods to Boar's Head Forrest City, then got a load to pick up Mack truck parts in Byhalia and deliver them to Jacksonville. Stopped at that little truck stop place that's about a mile down the road from Volvo Byhalia for a pit stop.

Came back out to the truck, and it won't start. The information I have at my disposal suggests that it's probably the starter, but I'm not a greasemonkey so I could be very wrong. Anyhow, called breakdown, they called someone to come fix my truck, got an ETA of 90 minutes.

Two hours go by.

Phone rings. It's the service dude.

He can't get his own truck started. Said he was having to heat the engine block and charge the battery, and as soon as he could get the service truck started, he'd head my way.
