Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

Yeah it looks like a couple of these trucks out here are abandoned lol.

 

Pompano Beach,got a del about 9 miles away in Tamarac in the morning.

 

The only place that I can remember that they will ask for you to move is if you park on there so called grass. Is at a small rest area after I think the big service plaza. It happen to me last year at around 3:00 AM the DOT officer ask all trucks to move. I can't recall the name of it.

 

I'm thinking of the one right after you enter Florida and pass the weight station ect.

I like to take new routes just in case.
In going to Volvo at Reno, NV... I usually take always 95 N to 50 Alt abd I-80.
At the small town of "Schurz" there is a "Alt 95" that takes you to the town of "Yerington" and of course you need to get back North going towards ""Silver springs".
Have you ever taken that route?
