Curious, how do you reheat the steak in your Truck? I just bought a small Instant Pot for the Truck and plan on using it to cook/steam/sear stuff but curious what everyone else is using.

I really like the “grill it at home” idea too!!!

2 days to drive 900 miles??. Man, you have been out of the game for way too long. Thats a straight 13hr shot for me, only stopping for gas and a splash.

 

At 11 hrs max driving and 10 hr off duty would technically put it at 2 days almost

Now if they didn't tell you at orientation before becoming an official Abilene driver you must go through the initiation process.
This is..
"When you get your first load going West to California. When you get to Amarillo, Texas mile marker 50 through 39 you must open the window of your truck and breathe deep! 12 times!
Then and only then; you will become an official Abilene driver! Lol!

 

I never reheat steak, then it would be overcooked. We don't heat any of our meats, with the exception of meatloaf. And sometimes we have pulled pork, and it gets nuked carefully with BBQ sauce. Chicken and pork loin are eaten cold, usually with a little hot sauce for warmth.

 

Always smells like money to me through there. But then again, I grew up on a hog farm, so I guess I’m an anomaly.
