I have to pickup a reefer unit here in Groveport and get it washed out prior to a LLD in Indiana. What does one need to do for a washout?

I assume Blue Beacon but what info do you give them?

Im not a fan of the incab kingpin release. The truck I drive now has one but I find it quicker and easier to just release it manually since Im already back there unhooking.

 

Usual company/driver info. Abilene has an open account for trailer washouts so they dont need shop approval.

That’s what I was trying to do but seems I couldn’t release it manually at all... or I’m just not man enough for that task.
