Dude... you just made me smile... THANKS

I think my trainer and I was sent to that same place... some underground post office along with a whole freaking city... I was never so glad that it wasn’t my shift of driving... lol

Great job getting out alive and unscathed!!!

That might have been the same place my trainer had so much fun in... was there like a Ford Truck factory around?

Having that on a trl isn’t the drivers fault. It’s that no one gives a dang to get the trl back to Richmond to get the plate put on it. Had that happen to me. No plate on loaded trl, took it back to the yard. Was told by Bill that nothing they can do except send off to OK to get new tag and new registration, then hope the trl comes back to the yard (and that they know when it comes back) to get it put on. He said no tag was okay as long as tag number is on current registration on trl (BUT.....do I believe that? NOT REALLY). There’s actually a list of about 10 trls that have missing tags that he is aware of and I’m sure there are a lot more that he is not.

    .

Awwww! Poor thang. You’ve had a weeks worth of, “Hold my beer. You ain’t gonna believe this stuff (edited for TR!)” in just one day.

Just fetched a trailer from a towing yard. Trailer was at the towing yard because it had been attached to an Abilene tractor that had run off the road and crashed into a stand of trees. Driver is in the hospital and the guys at the towing company were cutting debris off the mangled tractor when I left.

I ain't superstitious, but it does feel kinda weird hauling a trailer that was so recently involved in a major accident. Mind you, it's probably happened before and I just wasn't aware of it because I picked the trailer up off the yard.

About to get it washed out before picking up a load of frozen chicken. Maybe the washout will remove all the bad vibes.

This is new to me. Us wytheville drivers, are at the very, very, low part of the communication pool.

I'll be over there next week to hopefully get my truck repaired from that a-hole plow driver that hit me.
