I'm pretty sure that change is universal. I have not seen that option while fueling at any of the truck stops we use in the past week or so. I imagine we can probably still get a cash advance if we need one, we just can't start the process at the fuel pump anymore for some reason.

I mean, they might be. I dunno. But it could also just be a change in the EFT process from the EFT company. Or it may be a change implemented by PFJ.
If we can't get cash advances at all, that would (to my mind) be the likely consequence of Knight-Swift making a change. But if we just can't get them from the pump, but can still go inside and get 'em at the fuel desk (which we would have to do anyways), I would be more likely to attribute that to the EFT company and/or PFJ.Silverdriver and JohnBoy Thank this. -

Well... that goes hand in hand with my discovery today as well...
While Safety is still operating their “open door policy”, the same cannot be said of Operations...
If one requests an audience with the Director of Operations, one must have their request reviewed and forwarded on by their DM and then one must be vetted by our new “Driver Development Manager”.... {shrug}
But like I said, the door to Safety is still open... well, for now anyway... who knows what next week will bring.
