    I'm pretty sure that change is universal. I have not seen that option while fueling at any of the truck stops we use in the past week or so. I imagine we can probably still get a cash advance if we need one, we just can't start the process at the fuel pump anymore for some reason.

    These are the words that keep ringing in my mind from last year when I got the call from Abilene telling me that Knight Transportation had purchased Abilene... "Nothing Will Change"... !?o_O

    Sorry to hear that, he was the one person at the company I felt I was letting down by leaving. A strong handshake and a sincere "Thanks" for taking care of my assigned truck almost had me emotional and wishing I didn't have to go.

    I think it's kinda jumping the gun to assume that Knight-Swift was behind it.

    I mean, they might be. I dunno. But it could also just be a change in the EFT process from the EFT company. Or it may be a change implemented by PFJ.

    If we can't get cash advances at all, that would (to my mind) be the likely consequence of Knight-Swift making a change. But if we just can't get them from the pump, but can still go inside and get 'em at the fuel desk (which we would have to do anyways), I would be more likely to attribute that to the EFT company and/or PFJ.

    When I was a maintenance manager of a school and had so many employees... and new about a coming change or will be making a change to something within the daily operations; I would (and this is just me) let everyone know ahead of time and not find out by accident. When I went inside the Love's truck stop at 2 different truck stops They all said.... "There is no money in your card"... My reaction..... What? But, ?
    I see and understand what you're saying and maybe there doing something better. But please let us know what's going on and not find out by surprise... Send a Qualcomm message to all your employees.

    Well... that goes hand in hand with my discovery today as well...

    While Safety is still operating their “open door policy”, the same cannot be said of Operations...

    If one requests an audience with the Director of Operations, one must have their request reviewed and forwarded on by their DM and then one must be vetted by our new “Driver Development Manager”.... {shrug}

    But like I said, the door to Safety is still open... well, for now anyway... who knows what next week will bring.

    And #### it, I really liked Bill... :-(

    I used the Loves App to Fuel this week and requested a Cash Advance... not sure why the option wouldn’t be available at PFJ.
