    But ironically....

I pulled out of the Yard heading to Jarrett... didn’t get half way there before it tossed engine codes... lol ... they just had it on the computer the day before too... then, halfway back to Richmond, it started telling me that the Lane Departure System was offline... lol

    Then online...

    Then offline...

    Then online...

    Rinse/Repeat...

I think that the Good Lord is just having a bit too much fun at my expense... lol ... “hey, St Pete, watch this... lol”

Got a Hill-Phoenix load. Load assignment on the Qualcomm says to deliver to a WalMart in Warsaw, Indiana on Monday at 10am. I find the trailer, hook up, and head out.

As I'm passing through Richmond, I look at the bill. Bill says to deliver to a completely different address. Lists a WalMart unit, same unit that's on the load assignment, but the address is in Fort Wayne, IN, over an hour away from the Warsaw address. Appt time is also 8am instead of 10am.

Once again, since I am a good citizen who simply wants to help people make the world a better place, and also because I don't want to waste my time if I don't have to, I figured I'd call dispatch and try to resolve the discrepancy. They sent an email to Harvey and told me they'd get back with me.

After that, I called the contact info for the receiver listed on the bill. He said he was expecting us at the warehouse in Fort Wayne. I kinda got the sense that he didn't really 100% know what was going on, and that maybe he was only 80% aware of the full picture. The way he was talking didn't inspire confidence. But still, he was the point of contact on the bill, and he said he was waiting for four trucks from Abilene and he thought they were coming to the warehouse, not the WalMart store itself.

Armed with this new information, I called dispatch again. Explained the conversation I'd just had. Got another "We've emailed Harvey, we'll get back with you."

Just a bit ago, I got a QC message telling me to go to the WalMart in Warsaw, not the warehouse in Fort Wayne.

Since the folks who sign my paychecks told me to drive to the WalMart in Warsaw, that's where I'm going. Hopefully the guy at the warehouse in Fort Wayne will meet me there. Otherwise, it's gonna be a long day.

Heading to Savannah... plenty of time in this load... Sunday 6am, but I came up an hour short of making it in one session and had to shut down for a ten... roll out again here in a few hours, then take another ten...

But, might end up with breakfast with my daughter so it’s all good...

I’m seeing West Jeff in my future.

If you do wind up there, I dare you to ask for a signature on the BOL.

Interesting... It seems Dispatch has Caller ID... they knew it was me before I mentioned truck number or anything... lol

Now, when no one is answering, I will wonder if they are really just that busy... or they see it’s me... lol :D

My rear speakers in the bunk area don’t have any sound... I can find a Balance adjustment on the radio for Left/Right Speakers but can’t find an option for Fade for Front/Rear Speakers... I don’t see any controls in the bunk area either.

    What am I missing? Thoughts?

Well today I woke up to a different weather scenario wind gust of 60 mph. The trucks here at the "Love's truck stop" including mine are shaking like if there were paper toys.

Hold the volume button in for 15 seconds. You’ll see on the display 2 channel. Turn the knob until it says 4 channel then push the knob in once to set it.
