So got down to St Pete at 2000 and it is a new Publix with a construction fence around it. Great! So I look up a Walmart and head that way. Flashy flash car tells me I can't park there overnight. Great! So I go into my normal speel and ask where I can park. He tells me to go back out and there is a vacant lot down the street. Tells me they have an ordinance against overnight parking. Well I'm about to have an ordinance on delivery appt times. Let's see if I get run out of here.

It's fenced and has their little trucks in it. It's a little tight but doable. I've been going there every so often since 1980. It's been the same since then.

I'm sitting here in Vero Beach across from the TA at a tire shop waiting on the tire man to open up so I can get a tire put on this trailer via national account. This tire is full of air but only has tread on half of it, the other half is a racing slick with a few bands showing. It's a shame I'm only 790 miles to Richmond. Me's not taking a chance with this tire. Blowing out is the least of my problem, DOT is the real reason. I'm 325 miles to my pick up, I need to be there at 1pm so now I'll have to adjust my driving and deliver this load myself instead of dropping it in Richmond.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

I was going to mention that. You need to get in there EARLY to get a spot in the bullpen.

Thanks. Some walmarts are chasing people out. The one by me on south 695 heading towards the Key Bridge is always full of trucks. The one in Carlisle, PA is a truck hater.

UTurn1 I was on here reading one day and my 8 year old daughter was sitting on my knee and looking at something and she noticed your dog in the picture and she said that it was a cute puppy so I thought I would let you know that she likes your puppy.
